We provide a diverse array of programs serving youth, young adults, women, men, and entire communities, each designed to promote healing, empowerment, and long-term transformation.
Reclaiming Me – An 8-week healing and reentry program held quarterly at MCI-W, serving 640 women. Focused on trauma recovery, empowerment, and reentry preparation, it strengthens families, reduces recidivism, and restores dignity by equipping participants for successful reintegration.
The Pretense of Justice – A 9-week curriculum series inspired by Dr. Carmen Johnson’s book, designed to guide justice-impacted women and men in understanding systemic injustices, confronting personal and collective trauma, and building pathways toward healing, empowerment, community transformation, understanding reentry and reducing recidivism.
Leadership Training for Justice Scholars, Advocates and Community Members – A 2–8 week education and leadership program empowering individuals to rebuild their lives, embrace healing, and lead change. Our national internship program partners with universities to combine lived experience with education, fostering leaders who drive systemic change. Through advocacy and development, we turn experience into action, advancing equity and opportunity.
