During my internship with Helping Ourselves To Transform (HOTT) organization, I’ve gained insight into how organizations evaluate their strengths and challenges, use data and feedback to guide decisions, and implement structured change initiatives. I also observed the importance of leadership, collaboration, and clear communication when guiding teams through organizational change.I saw firsthand how thoughtful planning, accountability, and continuous learning help organizations become more effective, and responsive to the communities they serve. Overall, the internship deepened my understanding of how internal transformation allows organizations to operate more efficiently and expand their long-term impact.
