Chopping it up with Chairman Blumberg and his commissioners today at the parole commission in a 2-hour meeting – trying to free our people through parole.
The work never stops, especially when you love what you do. “I love what I do” I represent “Qiana at Life After Release”, I represent “myself at Helping Ourselves to Transform”, I represent “Janette at No Struggle No Success” I represent “my story” and “I represent my people” that are voiceless and hopeless and (we) women bring fire, love and we bring them HOPE.
P.S. – You see the chairman has my book in his hands “The Pretense of Justice” to read and let him know innocent people go to jail and things must change at the Maryland Parole Board.
More people deserve to be released, they need to be freed.
