About Our Program

Our leadership program, tailored for youth aged 12-25, is a comprehensive and transformative experience that empowers young leaders within a safe, inclusive environment. We foster an atmosphere where youth confidently share and express their ideas, while we attentively listen and provide them with the knowledge, skills, and life experiences necessary to create a positive impact in both their communities and personal lives. Our program features a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on cultivating essential leadership skills, including:

Leadership Skills Development
The program offer a comprehensive curriculum that covers essential leadership skills:

  1. Communication
  2. Teamwork
  3. Problem-solving
  4. Decision-making
  5. Time management
  6. Goal setting

Personal Growth
Includes activities and workshops that consist of:

  1. Personal development
  2. Build self-confidence
  3. Resilience
  4. Sense of self-awareness 
  5. Self-esteem
  6. Emotional intelligence
  7. Stress management
  8. Meditation and breathing 

Community Engagement
A strong emphasis on community involvement and service is crucial.

Mentorship
Connecting youth with experienced mentors and or role models.

Experiential Learning
Hands-on experiences.

Leadership Challenges

  3. How to handle challenges and when conflict arises in 10 seconds

Public Speaking
Public Speaking valuable leadership skill.

  1. Offer public speaking training 
  2. Opportunities for youth to practice speaking in public settings

Networking Opportunities
Facilitate opportunities for youth to network and jobs:

  1. Leaders in various fields, as well as with their peers 
  2. Networking can open doors to future opportunities and collaborations
  3. Allow them to take ownership of their leadership journey

Evaluation and Feedback
Regularly assess the progress of each participant:

  2. Help improve their leadership skills
  3. Celebration and Recognition
  4. Acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of youth and their contributions within the program and the broader community.
