Marylin Pierre, Esq.

Marylin Pierre, Attorney at Law, has been practicing for more than 33 years with extensive experience in family, criminal, probate, and juvenile law. She also served for nearly a decade as a Family Law Facilitator for the Montgomery County Circuit Court. A retired officer in the U.S. Army Reserve Military Police Corps, Marylin has held numerous leadership positions, including Chair of the Montgomery County Criminal Justice Coordinating Commission and President of the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association, Maryland’s largest and most active specialty bar association. Her dedication and impact have been recognized with multiple honors, including being named three times to The Daily Record’s “Maryland’s Top 100 Women” and induction into its Circle of Excellence. She is also a recipient of the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee’s Morgan-Jerney Community Service Award, the Montgomery County Bar Foundation Pro Bono Award, and the Enolia Pettigen McMillan Maryland Women in NAACP (WIN) Award. Most recently, she was honored as one of Montgomery County’s “Sheroes” by the Patuxent Chapter of The Links. As HOTT’s General Counsel, Marylin brings unmatched legal expertise, a proven record of advocacy, and a deep commitment to justice and community service.
