Kimberly Morton-Brown is a seasoned banking professional with more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in retail banking, lending, collections, home equity lending and underwriting, and branch management. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a proven ability to drive operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and deliver strategic financial solutions. Currently serving as Assistant Branch Manager at Lafayette Federal Credit Union, Kimberly leads operational sales initiatives that contribute to the institution’s growth and profitability. She is a Notary Public and holds a Retail Banking Certification from BB&T University (now Truist Leadership Institute). Dedicated to ethical banking practices and continuous professional development, Kimberly is passionate about advancing financial literacy, expanding access to resources, and fostering economic empowerment. As a HOTT board member, she brings invaluable financial expertise and a commitment to building equitable systems that strengthen communities most impacted by systemic injustice.
