A native of Illinois and a Maryland transplant, Zormarah (Zhee) Lyda is a multifaceted veteran with 17 years of proven experience in the federal government as a Human Resources Manager, Master Resilience Trainer and Equal Opportunity Leader. Her passion for advocacy led her to become a self-taught Life Coach and CEO at Candidly Unsed (unsaid) LLC where helping black and brown people get comfortably uncomfortable living their unapologetic truth is the cornerstone. Zormarah is a recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism including the highly coveted Presidential Service Badge which led her to continue service beyond the call of duty as a Military Advisory board member for Maryland’s fourth district. Zhee brings excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, and a track record of working cohesively with elite government officials of the highest offices to HOTT. Her career is backed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services with a concentration in Sociology.
