Katherine is currently a senior at Woodson High School with an affinity towards public policy and law. Through her extracurricular experiences and self-studies, she’s grown both her knowledge and curiosity about social justice and government. When attending college next fall, she aspires to study an interdisciplinary major in philosophy, public policy, & law.
By interning at HOTT under Dr. Carmen’s leadership, Katherine desires to make an impact by heightening her knowledge in criminal justice reform and growing into a better advocate to serve marginalized communities. In the future, she hopes that she can become someone who can effectively incite change for others.
