Eugene T. Stevenson, Jr. is a mission-driven strategist and results-driven executive leader with over 40 years of distinguished service in federal operations and private enterprise. As the Principal and Managing Director of Stevensons Conglomerate Group, founded in 1981, he has provided strategic financial leadership and compliance guidance to community organizations, small businesses, and public-sector clients across the region, championing economic inclusion, ethical governance, and long-term sustainability. In his federal leadership role, Eugene serves as Branch Chief of the Foreign Patent Services Center (FPSC) at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), where he oversees global patent information systems, machine translation platforms, and scientific literature services supporting innovation on a national scale. He currently acts as Centralized Services Division Chief, advancing process modernization, technical equity, and interagency collaboration. Eugene brings to the Board a career marked by innovation, mentorship, and values-based leadership. His work in organizational planning, workforce development, and public engagement directly aligns with Helping Ourselves to Transform’s mission of empowering individuals, expanding opportunity, and strengthening community institutions. With a management philosophy rooted in accountability, servant leadership, and strategic vision, Eugene is deeply committed to guiding transformation within systems and beyond them. He holds an MBA in Accounting and Business Management from Sacred Heart University, a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of the District of Columbia, and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
